Common questions

Does Tarnkeep need an internet connection?

No. Everything runs on your device, including the AI assistant. You can use the app in airplane mode from the first launch onward.

I bought Tarnkeep on a previous phone. How do I get it back?

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID you purchased with, it unlocks automatically — no repurchase needed.

Is this a substitute for professional medical training or emergency services?

No. Tarnkeep gives general, educational information. Call emergency services when you have signal and it's an option — see the in-app disclaimer for details.
