Terms

Last updated August 15, 2026

The short version of how a Sanutions project works. The exact numbers for your project (deposit amount, dates, revision scope) are always confirmed directly with you by email before any work starts — this page just sets the shared ground rules.

Pricing & scope

Sites are priced by page count, from a single page up to five pages, at a fixed price agreed before work begins. The price covers design, build, and QA testing across devices and browsers for the pages scoped at the start — adding pages or major new sections after the quote is treated as new scope and priced separately.

Deposit

A deposit is required to lock in your project — it reserves your build slot and secures the start date. The deposit amount is agreed individually per project when the quote is confirmed, not a fixed percentage published here.

Turnaround

Typical turnaround is 2–8 days depending on page count, starting once the deposit is paid and your content (text, images, logo, any specific requirements) has been received. Delays in getting content over push the delivery date back by the same amount.

Revisions

A reasonable round of revisions on the agreed design is included before the site goes live. Changes that go beyond the original scope — new pages, a different structure, or a design direction change — are quoted and agreed separately rather than treated as a "free" revision.

Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you own the finished website and its content. Sanutions doesn't hold your site hostage behind an ongoing fee.

What's not included

Ongoing hosting, maintenance, content updates, and domain/email management aren't included in the build price unless separately arranged — the handoff includes guidance on where everything lives so you (or whoever you choose) can maintain it going forward.

Cancellations

If a project needs to be cancelled partway through, how that's handled — refund of unused work, partial delivery, etc. — is worked out directly between us based on how much work had already been done; this isn't a rigid policy applied the same way to every project.

No outcome guarantees

Sanutions builds and QA-tests the site itself to work correctly — that's the guarantee. It doesn't guarantee specific business results (traffic, leads, sales) since those depend on far more than the website.
